In the unlikely event that your order arrives in an unsuitable condition, do not sign for them and please contact us immediately and if the damage has been caused in transit we will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.

Note – As our products are bespoke and personalised, we do not offer returns. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide us with quality photos and ensure all details are correct when ordering your signs.
We accept Visa, Visa Debit and Mastercard and American Express through our 100% secure online ordering system.
Our payment providers are Stripe and Paypal.
If your card or Paypal method is authorised, payment will be taken immediately. You will shortly receive an email from us to confirm the payment was successful and your order has been placed with us. Should your card not be authorised payment will not be taken and order will not be processed.
