Is there a charge for delivery?

All fees in respect of shipping and handling will be charged at the time of ordering. Payment will be deducted together with the price of the product. These fees will be clearly stated at the checkout stage of the ordering process.

How do I track my order?

To track your delivery or check the status of your order, please contact our Customer Service department on 00353 7491 14625 between 9:30am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday and one of our Customer Services team will provide you with a full update.

What if my order arrives damaged?

In the unlikely event that your order arrives in an unsuitable condition, do not sign for them and please contact us immediately and if the damage has been caused in transit we will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.

What happens if the product I ordered is not what I expected?

As our products are bespoke and personalised we do not offer returns. It is your responsibility to provide us with quality photos and ensure all details are correct when ordering your signs.
